March 2024 Veterinary Care Report
Voice of Animal Nepal – Healing Paws, Saving Lives
Last month, our team worked tirelessly to provide critical veterinary care to Nepal’s street animals, rescuing the injured, healing the sick, and giving hope to the voiceless. Here’s what we achieved together in March 2024:
Medical Interventions
- 27 animals treated (dogs, cats, and other strays)
- 6 emergency rescues (accident victims, severe infections)
- 12 successful surgeries (fractures, tumor removals, spay/neuter)
- 48 rabies vaccinations administered to prevent outbreaks
Recovery & Rehabilitation
- 5 severely malnourished animals nursed back to health
- 1 paralyzed dogs given physiotherapy & mobility support
- Countless wounds, skin diseases, and infections treated
