Spaying and Neutering program in Lahan Municipality, Madhesh Province of South Eastern part of Nepal

From 9th April to 15 April,2023 Voice of Animal Nepal organized a spaying and neutering program Lahan Municipality of Madhesh Province of Nepal. The Tarai areas of Nepal are very vulnerable to rabies bite. People are unaware of the fact rabies impact to human body. Unwanted puppies in Tarai area like Lahan has become a nuisance for the community. There were no one to control these unwanted puppies born. The situation would be a worse if we are unable to control the birth of puppies . Keeping in mind these things we approached to Municipality for the program. All the officials from Lahan Municipality were cooperative and supportable. They provided space for the program.
